Projects Completed by PDG

Projects presented here are done so for representative purposes and encompass virtually all sub-types of Retail CRE Projects. From Starbucks and their associated 1,500SF building to the large Power Centers of Nashville West, The Oaks, and others that average over 500k SF and 6+ Outparcels, to Mixed-Use projects with hundreds of multi-family units and muti-story retail plus unique programming and amenities, PDG and its principals have played a key role in the planning, development, and completion of each of these project types.

Nashville West Shopping Center

Nashville West was an opportunity that arose out of understanding the incredible potential the site possessed, while at the same time, communicating with the property's owner to meet their unique funding needs and the fact that half the property was acquired via a Debtor in Possession action in the Bankruptcy courts. Needless to say, and mainly due to these challenges, many in the local CRE community questioned the logic behind the initial acquisition. However, Nashville West's partners understood the sheer economic "firepower" of the surrounding neighborhoods and the Project remains a favorite of retailers and shoppers alike.

Parcels remain for future development, and include hospitality, retail, and multi-family options.

The Melrose

A Mixed-Use project of incredible impact and performance for PDG and its Investors

Located just south of Downtown in the Berry Hill/12 South neighborhood, this area was poised on the edge of a rapid gentrification and densification when first noticed by Joe Parkes and Ed & Mary Fulcher. While these localized improvements didn't happen for several more years, Joe, Ed, and Mary saw the potential and acted almost immediately. The in-line retail space was converted to restaurants, amenity shops, and other uses, while the ground floors of the two apartment buildings were also designed for retail and continue to stay fully leased and in-demand.

The Oaks

A retail, Power Center that acts in many ways like a Lifestyle Center because of the Psychographics associated with the surrounding areas.

Options for future development associated with the Property range from Medical (the City's main hospital is across the street) to Hospitality, as well as additional retail.
