PDG Development Types

• Shopping Centers - these can be "Power" or "Lifestyle" centric with the difference generally being tenant types. Power Centers generally offer more "everyday" goods that could serve the needs of many different types of people, while Lifestyle Centers are more specialized and their stores more targeted to segments of people. ​

• Mixed Use - as the name implies, this project grouping mixes different types of uses and "houses" them in one place. Typically, the implication is the project will have multi-family, or some other type of Residential component, along with Retail, Office, or Entertainment. Generally these project types are also heavily programmed and/or amenitized. ​

• Build to Suit (Retail & Medical) - in BTS projects, the development is undertaken specifically for the use of a particular tenant. Everything about the project revolves around that tenant and their needs. There are also Medical BTS projects (DaVita Dialysis) that while generally more expensive and intensive, are also regularly undertaken by PDG and other development companies. ​

• Everything Else - while the items above address the majority of PDGs projects, Hospitality, Multi-family, Self-storage, etc., are all examples of other project types that PDG has previously, and will again in the future, undertaken.
