PDG Property Management
Parkes Development Group began managing its Build to Suit/Single Tenant asset properties in 1997. Since that point, the Management Group has grown to performing all asset management for its owned properties, along with select third party projects.

Currently, PDG Management provides onsite management and/or asset management for projects in Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and Oklahoma.

Successfully negotiated rent deferral agreements with tenants during covid; lost one 1,200 sf tenant during covid (due to operations issues on tenant side).
